Most people are besieged by worries, day in and day out. How do we deal with them? Can they actually be gotten rid of? Is it possible to once and for all stop worrying? Of course it is.

The word 'meditation' is one of those words that often comes with a lot of unnecessary baggage. Many people have inferences and associations with the word 'meditation', things it conjures up in their minds when they think of it, that turns them off to it and away from it:
* That it requires discipline; none but the slightest. If you brush your teeth every day, you can meditate too.
* That it involves chanting and prayer; it can if you want, but it need not.

Competition for any reason other than mutual pleasure is totally unnecessary.
Despite all seeming evidence to the contrary, there really is enough of everything for everyone. Really. The world is full of spiritual abundance. And just because you don’t have something it doesn’t mean it’s not already yours if you want it.
On a socio-political level we’ve heard it often said, for example, that there’s no need for world hunger because there’s enough food for every person alive; it’s just not being distributed evenly. Well, on a deeper, underlying level, there is enough joy, pleasure, and fulfillment for everyone too; everyone’s just not accessing it yet.
